THE DEPARTMENT SHALL SUBMIT REPORTS DURING THE 1984 AND
1985 INTERIM SESSIONS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON THE
ATTENDANT CARE PROGRAM AN ANNUAL REPORT ON THE ATTENDANT
CARE PROGRAM TO THE LEGISLATIVE POLICY COMMITTEE OF THE
STATE LEGISLATURE BY SEPTEMBER 1, 1984, AND SEPTEMBER 1,
1985. THESE REPORTS SHALL INCLUDE INFORMATION ON
DEMOGRAPHIC, DISABILITY, AND COST EFFECTIVENESS DATA, AS
WELL AS RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING THE CONTINUATION OF THE
PROGRAM.

THE DIVISION OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION OF THE STATE
DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION SHALL ADMINISTER THIS SUBTITLE, AND
MAY ADOPT RULES AND REGULATIONS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT IT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall remain in effect for fiscal years 1983, 1984, and 1985
and at the end of June 30, 1985, and with no further action
required by the General Assembly, this Act shall be
abrogated and be of no further force and effect.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning
Optometry - Qualifications of Out-of-state Applicants for
License
FOR the purpose of altering certain educational standards to
which an out-of-state applicant for a license to
practice optometry must conform; and requiring the
State Board of Examiners in Optometry to provide to
persons out-of-state applicants on written request
certain information as to educational standards.
