SUBTITLE 3. PUBLIC FACILITIES.

PART I. GENERAL PROVISION.

7-301. DUTIES OF DIRECTOR.

THE DIRECTOR SHALL:

(1)  SUPERVISE GENERALLY THE OPERATION OF ALL
PUBLIC FACILITIES; AND

(2)  ADOPT RULES AND REGULATIONS THAT PROVIDE FOR
THE LICENSING OF PUBLIC FACILITIES.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Article
59A, §§ 5 and 8(g), as they related to public
facilities.

The provisions of former Article 59A, §§ 5 and
8(g) that related to private facilities are
deleted as unnecessary in light of § 7-402 of
this title.

avoid repetition of the phrase "citizens'
advisory board for a State facility".
