(B)  THE PENSION SYSTEM FOR TEACHERS OF THE STATE
OF MARYLAND;

(C)  THE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM OF THE
STATE OF MARYLAND;

(D)  THE PENSION SYSTEM FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE
STATE OF MARYLAND;

(E)  THE JUDGES' RETIREMENT PLAN OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND;

(F)  THE LEGISLATIVE RETIREMENT PLAN OF THE STATE
OF MARYLAND;

(G)  THE STATE POLICE RETIREMENT SYSTEM OF THE
STATE OF MARYLAND;

(H) THE STATE POLICE PENSION FUND OF THE STATE
OF MARYLAND; AND

(I) ANY OTHER SYSTEM OR SUBSYSTEM ADMINISTERED
BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.

(2)  "BOARD OF TRUSTEES" MEANS THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
FOR THE SEVERAL SYSTEMS.

(3)  "FUNDS" INCLUDES COLLECTIVELY THE ASSETS, MONEYS,
DEPOSITS, INVESTMENTS, INCOME, PROCEEDS, AND SECURITIES OF
THE SEVERAL SYSTEMS.

(4)  "SEVERAL FUNDS" MEANS THE ANNUITY SAVINGS FUNDS
AND ACCUMULATION FUNDS ESTABLISHED BY §§ 14, 89, 122, AND
150 OF THIS ARTICLE AND § 56 OF ARTICLE 88B.

158.

(1) THE GENERAL ADMINISTRATION AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR
THE PROPER OPERATION OF THE SEVERAL SYSTEMS ARE VESTED IN A
SINGLE BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO BE KNOWN AS THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES FOR MARYLAND STATE RETIREMENT AND PENSION SYSTEMS.
THE BOARD SHALL CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING 13 MEMBERS:

(A)  THE STATE COMPTROLLER, EX OFFICIO;

(B)  THE STATE TREASURER, EX OFFICIO;

(C)  THE SECRETARY OF BUDGET AND FISCAL PLANNING,
EX OFFICIO;

(D)  THE SECRETARY OF PERSONNEL, EX OFFICIO;

(E) THE STATE SUPERINTENDENT OF EDUCATION, EX
OFFICIO;
