SUBPARAGRAPHS (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), AND (6) OF THIS
SUBSECTION.

(c) The payment received by each subdivision under
subparagraphs (1), (2), (3), (4), [and] (6), AND (7) of

subsection (b) shall be paid to each subdivision and
qualifying municipality, in the exact proportion which the
expenditures for police protection of the subdivision and of
each qualifying municipality bear to aggregate expenditures
for police protection.

SECTION 2. AM) BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Controlled Dangerous Substances - Forfeiture

FOR the purpose of providing that certain items of value
used in violation of the controlled dangerous
substances law are subject to forfeiture; providing an
exception to the forfeiture; and establishing a
rebuttable presumption as to forfeitability of certain
items providing that certain money, coin, or currency
is presumed to be forfeitable; and making stylistic
changes.
