SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland read(s) as follows:

Article 8 - Cecil County

2-7.

THE SHERIFF OF CECIL COUNTY SHALL HAS THE AUTHORITY TO
INVESTIGATE COMPLAINTS AND ENFORCE THE ORDINANCES AND LAWS
OF THE BUSINESS OF AUCTIONEERING.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - County Government Administration

FOR the purpose of removing certain restrictions on the
County Commissioners of Cecil County with reference to
contracts for printing and publishing, to publication
of local laws, and to payment of claims; and
eliminating the Salary Review Board for Cecil County.

Section 1-25, 1-26, 1-29, 1-32, and the subheading
