RESTRICTIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION DO NOT APPLY TO NEW UNITS
CONSTRUCTED, MANAGED, OPERATED, DEVELOPED, OR SUBSIDIZED BY
A LOCAL HOUSING AUTHORITY AS ESTABLISHED ARTICLE 44A
(2) THE APPLICATION OF THE SERVICE RESTRICTIONS
OF THIS SUBSECTION TO NEW UNITS CONSTRUCTED, MANAGED,
OPERATED, DEVELOPED, OR SUBSIDIZED BY A LOCAL HOUSING
AUTHORITY AS ESTABLISHED UNDER ARTICLE 44A MAY BE WAIVED BY
THE COMMISSION UPON THE DETERMINATION THAT THE MOST ENERGY
EFFICIENT UTILITY SYSTEMS PRACTICABLE WILL BE UTILIZED IN
THE BUILDING UTILITY SYSTEMS UTILIZED IN THE BUILDING WILL
RESULT IN A SUBSTANTIAL NET SAVING OF ENERGY USED BY THESE
SYSTEMS OVER THE ENERGY SAVING THAT WOULD RESULT FROM
INDIVIDUAL METERING.
(c) In no event shall the owner, operator, or manager
of a residential multiple occupancy building or shopping
center impose on any occupancy unit or shopping center unit
any utility cost except charges authorized by the Public
Service Commission and actually imposed by the utility upon
the owner, operator, or manager.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning
Calvert County - Alcoholic Beverages (Sale)
FOR the purpose of deleting provisions specifying the times
between which alcoholic beverages may be sold in
certain areas of Calvert County; and providing that
licensees throughout Calvert County may sell alcoholic
beverages between certain hours of each day.
