practice dental hygiene, a teacher's license to practice
dental hygiene, or a temporary license to practice dental
hygiene to any applicant, reprimand any licensed dental
hygienist, place any licensed dental hygienist on probation,
or suspend or revoke the license of any licensed dental
hygienist, if the applicant or licensee:

(9) Violates any rule or regulation adopted by
the Board; [or]

(10) Is mentally or physically incompetent to
practice dental hygiene; or

(11) VIOLATES ANY RULE OR REGULATION ADOPTED BY
THE BOARD.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Worcester County - Crab Pots

FOR the purpose of allowing an owner of tidewater shoreline
property in Worcester County to set a certain number
of crab pots that are attached to floats or buoys in
the water a certain distance from the property; and
providing certain requirements for the coloring and
identification of this float or buoy.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
