(2) A temporary license issued to an individual
who is authorized to practice licensed practical nursing in
another state authorizes the holder to practice licensed
practical nursing in this State while the temporary license
is effective.

(c) (1) A temporary license may not be renewed.

(2) Unless the Board revokes a temporary
license, each temporary license expires [60] 90 days after
the date of issue.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

(House Bill 1217)

AN ACT concerning

Washington County - Hunting on Private Lands

FOR the purpose of including Washington County within the
requirement that certain persons who hunt on private
lands of another obtain certain written permission; and
including Washington County within certain penalty
provisions that apply to persons who hunt with certain
weapons on private lands of another without obtaining
written permission.
