1.  Whether each service is
available; and

2.  The additional charge, if any,
for each service; and

(v) Give any other information that
federal law requires.

(c)  Each pharmacy shall mark clearly on the chart:

(1)  The prescription price charged by the
pharmacy for each of the listed drugs;

(2)  Which of the professional or convenience
services the pharmacy offers; and

(3)  Any additional charge that the pharmacy
makes for each professional or convenience service it
offers.

(d)  The completed chart shall be displayed
conspicuously in the immediate vicinity of the prescription
drug service area so that customers can read it easily
without the need to obtain permission or assistance from the
personnel of the establishment in which the pharmacy is
located.

(e)  A pharmacy may change the prescription price of a
listed drug only if the displayed price is adjusted to
reflect the new prescription price at the same time.

(f)  After consultation with the Maryland
Pharmaceutical Association and the Consumer Council of the
Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney
General, the Board shall adopt rules and regulations to
carry out the provisions of this section. The rules and
regulations shall include provisions that govern:

(1)  The size and form of the chart;

(2)  The strength and quantity for which the
prescription price of a listed drug is to be stated; and

(3)  The methods by which the chart shall be
displayed.]

(a) A person who violates any provision of the
following subtitles or sections of this title is guilty of a
misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not
exceeding $100:
