(ii) Service for which the tariff, rate,
charge, cost, or expense, including in each instance the
time sale price, is required by law to be filed with or
approved by the United States, the State, or any department,
division, commission, or agency of either.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

issuance or transfer of licenses for the sale of
alcoholic beverages in a certain area of Baltimore
City.
