AN ACT concerning

Hearing Aids - Waiver of Medical Examinations

FOR the purpose of requiring a hearing aid dealer to give a
copy of a certain waiver of medical examination to any
person who waives a certain medical examination and
requiring that the hearing aid dealer keep a copy of
that waiver; and generally relating to waivers of
certain medical examinations by persons to be fitted
with a hearing aid.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
