AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Weight Restrictions

FOR the purpose of establishing certain criminal penalties
for vehicles exceeding the maximum posted weight limit
on bridges or culverts under certain circumstances;
providing for a tolerance; providing an exception to
the section; and generally relating to weight limits.
