2774 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 359 Article - Corporations and Associations (a) Before doing any intrastate business in this (b) To qualify, the corporation shall: (1) Certify to the Department: (i) The address of the corporation; and (ii) The name and address of its resident (2) File with the Department a certificate (i) States that the corporation is in good (ii) Is executed by the official of that [(3) File with the Department an officially (i) Its charter or, if not incorporated, (ii) Each amendment and supplement to the (c) Unless terminated by the corporation, the (1) The corporation has a resident agent in this (2) The corporation does not forfeit its right (3) If the corporation qualifies or changes its 7-206.
