In item (3) of this section, reference to the
"Department of Health and Mental Hygiene" is
substituted for the references to the "Department

"Employment Security Administration of the
Department of Human Resources" is substituted for
the obsolete reference to the "Department of
Employment Security".

In item (5) of this section, reference to the
"State Social Services Administration of the
Department of Human Resources" is substituted for
the obsolete reference to the "State Department
of Social Services".

In item (6) of this section, reference to the
"Division of Parole and Probation of the
Department of Public Safety and Correctional
Services" is substituted for the obsolete
reference to the. "Department of Parole and

In item (7) of this section, reference to the

6-113. USE OF AND AID TO PUBLIC AND PRIVATE AGENCIES.

THE ADMINISTRATION MAY:

(1)  DESIGNATE, AS ITS AGENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF
THIS SUBTITLE, ANY PUBLIC OR PRIVATE AGENCY OR ORGANIZATION
IN THIS STATE; AND

(2)  SPEND FUNDS:

(I)  TO AID THAT AGENT OR TO BUY SERVICES
FROM IT; OR

(II)  IF ADEQUATE SERVICES ARE NOT
AVAILABLE IN THIS STATE, TO BUY SERVICES FROM ANY AGENCY OR
ORGANIZATION OUTSIDE THIS STATE.
