AT PERIODIC INTERVALS, THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL
SERVICES SHALL DISTRIBUTE TO ALL STATE AND LOCAL
GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES A LIST OF EXCESS PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE
OBTAINED BY THE AGENCIES.

(A)  THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES SHALL ADOPT
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS
SUBTITLE.

(B)  THE RULES AND REGULATIONS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO
APPROVAL BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
