[3.] (III) The president of the Deep Creek
Lake Business Association or his designee;

[4.] (IV) The chairman of the Garrett
County Commissioners or his designee; and

[(ii)] (V) Three members appointed by the
Garrett County Commissioners[.] :

[(3) Of the appointed members:]

[(i)] 1. One shall be an owner of real property
in the Deep Creek Watershed; and

[(ii) ] 2. One shall be an owner of real property
contiguous to the buffer zone surrounding Deep Creek Lake;
and

[(iii)] 3. One shall be a member of the general
public in Garrett County.

(3) THE TERMS OF THE MEMBERS ARE:

(I)  THE ELECTED OFFICIALS SERVE FOR THE DURATION
OF THEIR ELECTED TERMS IN OFFICE; AND

(II)  THE APPOINTED MEMBERS SERVE CONCURRENTLY
WITH THE ELECTED TERMS OF GARRETT COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
appointed members serving on the Deep Creek Lake Advisory
and Review Committee on the effective date of this Act shall
end their committee service terms on January 1, 1983.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
