Article 78B - Racing Commission

17D.

(A) FOR TROTTING AND PACING RACES, UNLESS A CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE OWNER AND THE DRIVER PROVIDES OTHERWISE, THE
DRIVER'S FEE SHALL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE OWNER'S PURSE AND
PAID TO THE DRIVER BY THE RACETRACK AT THE CONCLUSION OF
EACH CALENDAR MONTH BUT NO LATER THAN 7 WORKING DAYS AFTER
THE LAST DAY OF THAT MONTH. AT LEAST THE GREATER OF:

(1) $20; OR

(2) 5 PERCENT OF THE OWNER'S PURSE.

(B) THE OWNER SHALL PAY THE FEE REQUIRED BY THIS
SECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Real Estate License - Suspension and Revocation

FOR the purpose of providing that knowingly soliciting any
party to an existing exclusive listing contract, sales
contract, lease, or agreement with another licensee is
grounds for suspension or revocation of a real estate
license; and generally relating to the suspension and
revocation of real estate licenses.
