AN ACT concerning

Handgun Permits - Informal Review

FOR the purpose of instituting a procedure to provide a
means for a handgun permit applicant to obtain an
informal review of the decision of the Superintendent
of the Maryland State Police regarding issuance of the
permit to the applicant.

Section 36E(g), (h), (i), (j), and (k), respectively

to be Section 36E(h), (i), (j), (k), and (1),

respectively

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 36E(g), (h), (i), (j), and (k),
respectively, of Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s)
36E(h), (i), (j), (k), and (1), respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)
of the Annotated Code of Maryland read(s) as follows:

(G) (1) ANY PERSON WHOSE APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT OR
RENEWAL OF A PERMIT HAS BEEN REJECTED OR WHOSE PERMIT HAS
