ANY TAG REQUIRED BY THIS SECTION SHALL BE IN THE FORM
THAT THE DEPARTMENT APPROVES.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Article
43, § 67D(a) — except item (3) of that
subsection -- (b) — except item (2) of that
subsection -- (c) — except item (1) and the
first clause of item (2) of that subsection --
(d), and (e).

Subsection (c)(1) of this section is new language
added to clarify that "sell" includes "private"
sales and not merely the "commercial" sales
covered by the definition of "sell" in § 11-401
of this subtitle.

Throughout this section, "filling material"   is

substituted for "material" and "materials"     in

light of the definition of "filling material"   in
§ 11-401 of this subtitle.

Throughout this section, the former references to
a "registry number" are deleted as unnecessary.

In subsections (a) and (b) of this section, the
terms "stuffs with" and "stuffed with" are
substituted for the term "contains", to conform
to the language used elsewhere in this subtitle.

In subsection (c) of this section, the former
reference to "remade" is deleted as unnecessary
in light of the definition of "renovate" in §
11-401 of this subtitle.

In subsection (c)(2) of this section, "person may
sell" is substituted for the references to
"public auction" and "private auction sale from
the home of the owner direct to the consumer" for
clarity.

In subsection (d)(1) of this section, the former
clause "and ho trade or substitute terms shall be
used" is deleted as unnecessary.

11-424. TAG INSCRIPTION.

(A) GENERAL REQUIREMENT.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN SUBSECTION (B) OF THIS SECTION,
