(II) FOR 1 SANITARY COMMISSIONER, 4 YEARS
EXPIRING ON THE FOURTH JANUARY 1 AFTER THE SINGLE COUNTY
DISTRICT IS CREATED.
(III) FOR 1 SANITARY COMMISSIONER, 6 YEARS
EXPIRING ON THE SIXTH JANUARY 1 AFTER THE SINGLE COUNTY
DISTRICT IS CREATED.
(D) VACANCIES.
(1) AT THE END OF A TERM, A SANITARY
COMMISSIONER IN A SINGLE COUNTY DISTRICT CONTINUES TO SERVE
UNTIL A SUCCESSOR IS APPOINTED AND QUALIFIES.
(2) A SANITARY COMMISSIONER IN A SINGLE COUNTY
DISTRICT WHO IS APPOINTED AFTER A TERM HAS BEGUN SERVES ONLY
FOR THE REST OF THE TERM AND UNTIL A SUCCESSOR IS APPOINTED
AND QUALIFIES.
(E) APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSORS.
AT LEAST 1 MONTH BEFORE THE TERM OF A SANITARY
COMMISSIONER IN A SINGLE COUNTY DISTRICT EXPIRES, THE
GOVERNING BODY OF THE MEMBER COUNTY SHALL APPOINT A
SUCCESSOR.
