REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former NR §
8-1413(c).

In subsection (a)(2) of this section, "this
subtitle" is substituted for "this title".
Although the former language "this title"
literally referred to law broader than this
subtitle, the Department advises the Commission
to Revise the Annotated Code that "this subtitle"
embraces all the applicable requirements.
