(D) SEWERAGE SYSTEM.

(1) "SEWERAGE SYSTEM" MEANS THE CHANNELS BY
WHICH SEWAGE IS COLLECTED AND DISPOSED OF, TOGETHER WITH THE
BODY OF WATER INTO WHICH THE SEWAGE IS DIRECTLY DISCHARGED,
AND ALL STRUCTURES AND APPURTENANCES MADE USE OF IN THE
COLLECTION AND PREPARATION OF SEWAGE FOR DISCHARGE IN
SATISFACTORY CONDITION INTO THE WATERS OF THIS STATE.

(2) "SEWERAGE SYSTEM" INCLUDES ANY SEWER, NO
MATTER WHAT ITS LENGTH AND SIZE MAY BE.

(3) "SEWERAGE SYSTEM" DOES NOT INCLUDE THE
PLUMBING SYSTEM INSIDE ANY BUILDING SERVED BY THE SEWERAGE
SYSTEM.

WHICH WATER IS SUPPLIED FOR DRINKING OR DOMESTIC PURPOSES,
TOGETHER WITH ALL STRUCTURES, CHANNELS, AND APPURTENANCES BY
MEANS OF WHICH IT IS PREPARED FOR USE AND DELIVERED TO
CONSUMERS.

(2) "WATER SUPPLY", "WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM", AND
"WATERWORKS" DO NOT INCLUDE THE PIPING OR FIXTURES INSIDE
THE BUILDINGS SERVED.

9-202. SECRETARY TO ASSIST COUNTIES AND MUNICIPALITIES.

(A)  COMPREHENSIVE MASTER PLANS — IN GENERAL.

THE SECRETARY SHALL ASSIST THE COUNTIES AND
MUNICIPALITIES OF THIS STATE IN DEVELOPING COMPREHENSIVE
MASTER PLANS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BASIC MAIN
FACILITIES OF SEWERAGE SYSTEMS FOR THE COLLECTION AND
DISPOSAL OF SEWAGE AND INDUSTRIAL WASTES FROM LATERAL OR
COLLECTOR SEWERS.

(B)  SAME — REGIONAL COORDINATION.
