THE HALL OF RECORDS COMMISSION MAY NOT PROVIDE
INFORMATION UNDER THIS SECTION TO ANY PERSON FOR COMMERCIAL
SOLICITATION OR PRIVATE GAIN.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly appeared as
Article 43, § 25(i).

In subsection (a)(2)(vi) of this section, the
defined term "final disposition" is substituted
for the less comprehensive "interment or
cremation".

In subsection (e) of this section, the words
"solicitation or private gain" are substituted
for "purposes", for clarity and conformity to the
reference in § 4-217(b)(3) of this subtitle.

The only other changes are in style.

The Commission to Revise the Annotated Code
notes, for consideration by the General Assembly,
that the Hall of Records Commission has not used
the authority conferred by this section.
