The former phrase "within the meaning of this
subtitle" is deleted as included in the defined
term "controlled poison".

In the introductory language to each subsection
of this section, the phrase "any compound,
mixture, derivative., isomer, ester, ether, or
salt of the following ..." is added for clarity.

The revised schedule was organized in a chemical
family framework with the assistance of the Board
of Pharmacy, the Drug Control Division of the
Department, and the University of Maryland's
