view that the legislature intended that, whenever
the former law used the term "poison", the term

Subsection (c)(2) of this section is substituted
for the provision . in former Article 43, § 280
that the duties of the Board as to notice and
hearing also are imposed on the Department for
all orders, rules, and regulations.

Also in subsection (c) of this section, the
former provision incorporated from former Article
43, § 277, requiring that the notice state the
date, time, and place of the hearing, is deleted
as unnecessary.

In subsection (e) of this section, the former

phrase "or any amendment or amendments thereto",

which applied to adopted regulations, is deleted
as unnecessary.

See also § 5-109 of this subtitle as to judicial
review of action under this section.
