4-518. INSPECTIONS AND SUPERVISION BY SECRETARY.

(A)  IN GENERAL.

TO ENFORCE THIS SUBTITLE, THE SECRETARY OR A
REPRESENTATIVE OF THE SECRETARY:

(1)  SHALL INSPECT AND SUPERVISE ALL COLD STORAGE
WAREHOUSES IN THIS STATE; AND

(2)  MAY INSPECT ANY ITEM OF FOOD THAT IS IN A
COLD STORAGE WAREHOUSE.

(B)  ACCESS.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING INSPECTIONS UNDER THIS
SUBTITLE, THE SECRETARY OR A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE SECRETARY
SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO ANY COLD STORAGE WAREHOUSE AT ANY
REASONABLE TIME.

4-519. MARKING FOOD NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.

IF ANY FOOD THAT IS NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION
IS STORED IN A COLD STORAGE WAREHOUSE, THE FOOD SHALL BE
MARKED:

(1)  IN A WAY THAT PLAINLY INDICATES THAT THE
FOOD IS NOT TO BE USED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION; AND

(2)  AS THE SECRETARY REQUIRES.
