4-433. VIOLATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS ADOPTED UNDER
SUBTITLE.

A PERSON MAY NOT VIOLATE ANY PROVISION OF THIS SUBTITLE
OR ANY RULE OR REGULATION ADOPTED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the references,
in the first sentence of former Article 43, §
583, to violations of this subtitle or the rules
or regulations adopted under this subtitle.

4-434. SALE OF RAW MILK.

A EXCEPT FOR SALE OF RAW MILK BY A HOLDER OF A MILK.
PRODUCER PERMIT TO A HOLDER OF A MILK PROCESSOR PERMIT, A
PERSON MAY NOT SELL RAW MILK AT RETAIL FOR HUMAN
CONSUMPTION.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the second
sentence and the first clause of the first
sentence of former Article 43, § 581.

The last clause of the first sentence of former
Article 43, § 581, which permitted retail sale of
raw milk by producer-distributors who were in
business and held a permit on July 1, 1972, is
deleted as obsolete. See the revisor's note to §
4-410 of this subtitle.

4-435. HANDLING MILK BY INDIVIDUALS WITH DISEASE, CUTS, OR
LESIONS.

(A) INDIVIDUAL WITH COMMUNICABLE DISEASE.

(1)  AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE
OR IS A CARRIER OF A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE MAY NOT WORK, IN
ANY CAPACITY THAT BRINGS THAT INDIVIDUAL INTO CONTACT WITH
THE PRODUCTION, HANDLING, STORAGE, OR TRANSPORTATION OF MILK
PRODUCTS, CONTAINERS, EQUIPMENT, OR UTENSILS, AT:

(I)  A DAIRY FARM;

(II)  A MILK PLANT;

(III)  A RECEIVING STATION; OR

(IV)  A TRANSFER STATION.

(2)  A PERSON WHO OPERATES A DAIRY FARM, TRANSFER
STATION, RECEIVING STATION, OR MILK PLANT MAY NOT EMPLOY ANY
INDIVIDUAL:
