(5) THE COUNCIL SHALL REPORT ITS ACTIVITIES AND
MAKE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS IT CONSIDERS APPROPRIATE TO THE
GOVERNOR AND GENERAL ASSEMBLY NO LATER THAN JANUARY 15 IN
EACH YEAR.

(F) THE COUNCIL'S EXISTENCE SHALL TERMINATE ON JULY 1,
1986 UNLESS THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY REESTABLISHES IT BY
STATUTE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Fishing - Commercial Catching of Eels - Licenses
for Residents and Nonresidents

FOR the purpose of establishing a license requirement to
fish commercially for eels in the certain waters of
this State for a certain purpose; establishing fees for
these licenses and providing an exception; providing
certain qualifications for applicants; providing for an
application procedure; providing that the Department of
Natural Resources adopt rules and regulations to carry
out the provisions of this Act; providing certain
reporting procedures for eel fishermen; and generally
relating to the commercial catching of eels in this
State; and making this Act an emergency measure.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
