Former Article 41, § 206A(c){2), which stated
that the Secretary and the Board do not have
jurisdiction in "any disciplinary action against
any health care professional", is deleted as
unnecessary in light of the manner in which the
administrative and judicial review provisions as
to health care professionals are revised in the
Health Occupations Article.

to § 2-103(d) of this title.
