2-205. MEETINGS; COMPENSATION; STAFF.

(A) MEETINGS.

THE BOARD SHALL DETERMINE THE TIMES AND PLACES OF ITS
MEETINGS.

(B)  COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES.
EACH MEMBER OF THE BOARD IS ENTITLED TO:

(1)  COMPENSATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATE
BUDGET; AND

(2)  REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES UNDER THE
STANDARD STATE TRAVEL REGULATIONS, AS PROVIDED IN THE STATE
BUDGET.

(C)  STAFF.

THE BOARD MAY EMPLOY A STAFF IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
STATE BUDGET.

REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsection (a) of this section is
standard language added for clarity.

Subsections (b) and (c) of this section formerly
appeared as the ninth and tenth sentences of
Article 41, § 206A(a).

The only changes are in style.

As to subsection (b)(2) of this section, Standard
State Travel Regulations are adopted by the
Department of Personnel with the approval of the
Board of Public Works.

(A) RECOMMENDATIONS TO SECRETARY.

THE BOARD SHALL MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE SECRETARY
ON THE OPERATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEPARTMENT AS THE
BOARD CONSIDERS NECESSARY OR DESIRABLE.
