for the general licensing of electricians; license and
establish classifications of electricians; define and
establish duties and powers of electrical inspectors,
including permits and registrations; provide for penalties
for violation of any of these ordinances; create and
establish a board of electrical examiners; and provide for,
define, and establish powers and duties of the board of
electrical examiners.
(II) IN SOMERSET COUNTY, THE COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS BY ORDINANCE MAY LICENSE AND REGULATE
PLUMBERS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning
Correctional Institutions - Citizens' Advisory Committees
FOR the purpose of establishing Citizens' Advisory
Committees under the Division of Correction; providing
for the location, membership, terms, and procedures of
each committee; providing for meetings and the
responsibilities of each committee; providing for the
initial appointments to the committee; and generally
relating to the establishment of Citizens' Advisory
Committees in certain regions of parts of the State
under the Division of Correction of the Department of
Public Safety and Correctional Services.

Section 204E-1 through 204E-3, to be under the new
subheading "Citizens' Advisory Committees"
