SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article - Natural Resources

1-102.

(a) The following units are included within the
Department:

(1)  The Tidewater Administration, which shall
include the Coastal Zone Management Program;

(2)  The Wildlife Administration;

(3)  The Natural Resources Police Force;

(4)  The Forest AND PARK Service;
[(5) The Park Service;]

[(6)] (5) The Water Resources Administration;

[(7)] (6) The Maryland Environmental Service;

[(8)] (7) The Energy Administration, which shall
include the power plant siting and research program, the
Bureau of Mines, the Land Reclamation Committee, and the
Maryland Energy Office;

[(9)] (8) The Maryland Geological Survey;

[(10)] (9) The Maryland Geological Survey
Commission;

[(11)] (10) The Scenic River Review Board;

[(12)] (11) The Upper Potomac River Commission;

[(13)] (12) The Maryland Environmental Trust;
