HARRY HUGHES, Governor 1669 CHAPTER 172 (House Bill 463) AN ACT concerning State Procurement Law - Exemptions FOR the purpose of exempting certain service contracts from BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 21 - Procurement Section l-101(f) Annotated Code of Maryland (1980 Replacement Volume and 1981 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 21 - Procurement 1-101. (f) (1) "Contract" means every agreement entered into (i) Awards and notices of award; (ii) Contracts of a fixed-price, (iii) Contracts providing for the issuance (iv) Leases; (v) Letter contracts; (vi) Purchase orders; (vii) Supplemental agreements with respect (viii) Orders.
