former § 69A of Article 101 of the Code shall be the initial
members of the Subsequent Injury Fund Board, shall serve the
balance of the terms for which they have been appointed, and
are eligible for reappointment.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

Aviation - Board of Airport Zoning Appeals - Membership

FOR the purpose of altering the number of members of the
Board of Airport Zoning Appeals; specifying that the
additional member members shall be from a particular
part of Howard County; and providing for the tenure of
the membership of the Board of Airport Zoning Appeals;
and generally relating to the Board of Airport Zoning
Appeals.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

(b) (1) The Board consists of [eight] 9 10 members

appointed by the Governor with the advice of the Secretary
and the advice and consent of the Senate.

(2) Of the members of the Board:

(i) Three shall be residents of Anne
Arundel County;
