granted to use Special and
Federal Funds for this
purpose, in the amount of
$2,546,884 to be payable out
of revenues and grants which
are the source of funds for
the payment of budget
appropriations payable out
of Special and Federal
Funds; this amount being
estimated and it be the
intent that the actual
amount, whether it be more
or less, shall be available
in allocating by budget
amendment to the various
State agencies the amount
necessary to supplement the
appropriation.
