to Road Tax. Authorization
is hereby granted to use
such payments as Special
Funds for operating expenses
under Program (35.06.01.03)
Special Operations Bureau.
Funds appropriated to the
Department of Transportation
to support security
enforcement will be used to
defray the cost of Maryland
State Police services at the
Baltimore-Washington
International Airport and
the Maryland Port
Administration Facilities.
Authorization is hereby
granted to use such payments
from the Department of
Transportation as Special
Funds for operating
expenses.

35.06.01.04 Logistical Services
Bureau
General Fund Appropriation....

Provided that the

appropriation for

miscellaneous equipment
repairs under object .08 is
to be used only for the
purpose herein appropriated,
and there shall be no
budgetary transfer by budget
amendment or otherwise from
this subobject into any
other subobject for any
purpose. All unencumbered
funds remaining at the close
of June 30, 1983 shall be
reverted to the general fund
treasury of the State.

Authorization is hereby
granted to use receipts from
motor vehicle accident
recovery as Special Fund
receipts, regardless of the
Fiscal Year in which the
loss may have occurred.
