35.02.08.02 Laundry Operations

Funds are appropriated in
various institutional
budgets to pay for laundry
services.
Authorization is hereby
granted to use receipts from
laundry services as Special
Funds for operating expenses
under Program (35.02.08.02)
Laundry Operations.

The $2,000,000 General Fund
Appropriation shall first be
applied to is advanced as a
loan to the State Use.
Industries to pay the June
30, 1982 Advance from the
State of Maryland and any
remaining balance, not more
than $200,000, may be
retained as additional
contributed working capital.
At no time shall the cash
balance of State Use
Industries exceed $500,000
and any such excess cash
balance shall immediately
revert to the General
Treasury. The loan shall be

repaid as operational

earnings permit with no time

limit specified for

repayment.
