Programs Administrations ---

32.17.01.03 are to be used
only for the purposes herein
appropriated and there shall
be no budgetary transfer by

budget amendment or

otherwise from this program

to any other program or

purpose without the approval
of the Board of Public Works
and the Join Budget and

Audit Committee. Proposed

budgetary transfers for

budget amendments shall be
reported to the Join Budget
and Audit Committee prior to

submission of such

amendments to the Governor

for his approval. Any

budgetary transfers from the

Medical Care Programs

Administration to any other
program or budget unit must
receive prior approval of

the General Assembly in

accordance with Article 42
41, Section 245(c) of the
Laws of Maryland.

Funds are appropriated in the
amount of $450,000, in the
Office on Aging
(23.01.07.01) for Geriatric
Evaluation and Screening and
Community                    Placement

Services.

Authorization is hereby
granted to transfer and use
these funds as special
receipts for operating
expenses under this program.
