member of the Hazardous

Waste Facilities Siting

Board for attendance at
hearings, meetings, field
trips, and working sessions
in the course of the year.
This appropriation is made
with the proviso that no
such compensation or any

other emolument, except

expenses incurred in

connection with attendance
at hearings, meetings, field
trips, and working sessions,
shall be paid to any board
member who holds another
office of profit within the
meaning of Article 35 of the

Declaration of Rights,

Constitution of Maryland.
