Ch. 125

The Mass Transit

Administration shall not
expend funds for any job or
position of employment in
excess of 2,652 positions.

Furthermore, the Mass

Transit Administration shall
not expend funds for any
contractual employment in
excess of the current six
contractual employees.

Additionally, it is the intent
of the Legislature that no
funds, provided under the
Mass Transit Administration,

shall be expended for

design, engineering or

construction of subway

facilities beyond the

planned Section B portion
(Owings Mills extension of
Section A) of the Baltimore
Metro Subway.

29.08.01.02 Transit Operations

Division

Special Fund Appropriation,
provided that any unexpended
salary and wage funds for

the subway operations

personnel shall revert to
the Transportation Trust
Fund and shall not be
expended during the 1983
fiscal year.................

Federal Fund Appropriation....

It is the intent of the
Legislature that the Mass
Transit Administration shall

operations management

contract beyond June, 1983
without the approval of the
Fiscal Committees.
