Article - Health Occupations

10-309.

(f) [(1) The Board may use up to one half of the
license renewal fees it collects each year to contract with
educational institutions, professional organizations, or
qualified individuals to provide continuing education
programs.

(2)] The Board may use any funds allocated to it
for continuing education as State funds to match federal
funds for providing continuing education.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
