(21)  § 21-902(b) ("Driving while under the
influence of alcohol");

(22)  § 21-902(c) ("Driving while under influence
of drugs or drugs and alcohol"); or

(23)  § 21-902(d) ("Driving while under influence
of controlled dangerous substance").

SECTION 8. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That chapter(s)
of the Acts of the General Assembly read(s) as follows:

Chapter 135 of the Acts of 1981

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
[20(h)] 21(H) shall apply with respect to weeks of
unemployment beginning after the effective date of this Act.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
[20(i)] 21(I), (j) and (k) shall apply with respect to weeks
of unemployment beginning after March 31, 1981.

SECTION 9. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of this Act are intended solely to correct
technical errors in the law and that there is no intent to
revive or otherwise affect law that is the subject of other
Acts, whether those Acts were signed by the Governor prior
to or after the signing of this Act.

SECTION 10. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

FOR the purpose of providing that certain handicapped
children shall be permitted to remain in certain
special education placements under certain
circumstances.
