THERE IS AN INTERAGENCY COMMITTEE ON AGING SERVICES IN . 4B. (A) THE INTERAGENCY COMMITTEE ON AGING SERVICES (1) THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE ON AGING; (2) THE SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGIENE; (3) THE SECRETARY OF HUMAN RESOURCES. (B) THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE ON AGING SHALL CHAIR 4C. (A) IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER POWERS GRANTED AND DUTIES (B) THE COMMITTEE SHALL: (1) MEET AT LEAST QUARTERLY DURING EACH YEAR; (2) DEVELOP AND ANNUALLY UPDATE A PLAN FOR (3) ESTABLISH APPROPRIATE INTERAGENCY AGREEMENTS (I) IMPLEMENT AND COORDINATE AGING |
