Ch. 96

(g) (1) [No] A licensee, proprietor, or operator of
any establishment dispensing alcoholic beverages [shall] MAY
NOT permit the consumption or possession of any alcoholic
beverages other than beer or light wine by a person under
the age of [twenty-one] 21 years or the consumption or
possession of beer or light wine by any person [under
eighteen years] NOT DESIGNATED IN § 2(T)(2) OF THIS ARTICLE
upon [said] THE premises [no matter by whom such alcoholic
beverages shall have been purchased or from whom obtained].

(2) Anyone violating this subsection [shall be
deemed] IS guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall
be fined not more than [fifty dollars ($50.00)] $50 in
addition to any other penalties as provided under this
article.

(h) (1) In Montgomery and Prince George's counties it
[shall be] IS unlawful for any person to sell or to give to
[minors] PERSONS UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE any alcoholic
beverages other than beer or light wine or to keep
ingredients, materials, or instrumentalities with intent to
manufacture alcoholic beverages other than beer or light
wine for sale or BY gift to [minors] PERSONS UNDER 21 YEARS
OF AGE. It [shall be] IS unlawful for any person to sell or
to give beer or light wine to any person [under eighteen
years of age] NOT DESIGNATED IN § 2(T)(2) OF THIS ARTICLE or
to keep ingredients, materials, or instrumentalities with
intent to manufacture beer or light wine for sale or gift to
any person [under eighteen years of age] NOT DESIGNATED IN §
2(T)(2) OF THIS ARTICLE.

(2) Any person violating any of the provisions
of this subsection [shall be] IS guilty of a misdemeanor
and[,] upon conviction [thereof,] shall suffer the penalties
provided by § 200 of this article.

(m) (1) In Calvert County, it [shall be] IS unlawful
for any person under [twenty-one] 21 years to buy, consume,
or to have in his possession, any alcoholic beverages other
than beer and light wine, and for [any person under eighteen
years] A PERSON NOT DESIGNATED IN § 2(T)(2) OF THIS ARTICLE
to buy, consume, or have on his person beer or light wine in
any public place or on any public highway. It [shall be] IS
lawful for any bona fide employee to have alcoholic
beverages in his possession in the course of his employment
where the employment is not prohibited by this article.

(2) Any person violating the provisions of this
subsection [shall be] IS guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction [thereof,] shall be [subject to a fine] FINED not
[exceeding fifty dollars] MORE THAN $50 for each and every
violation.

(n) (1) In Carroll County, it [shall be] IS unlawful
for any person under [twenty-one] 21 years to buy, consume,
