Administration participates, unless the project is within
the territorial jurisdiction of the Maryland Port
Administration.

13-131.

(b) The borrower shall be:

(1)  A local development corporation;

(2)  A political subdivision;

(3)  An industrial development authority;

(4)  The State Aviation Administration;

(5)  The Maryland Port Administration; [or]

(6)  The Maryland Energy Financing
Administration; or

(7)  If the option provided for in § 13-151 of
this subtitle is exercised or if the Authority finances the
acquisition of an industrial project under this subtitle,
the industrial project applicant.

13-152.

(b) (1) If a loan or bonds insured by the Authority is
in default and the industrial project[,] is unoccupied, the
property may be used for a use other than as an industrial
project.

(2) This use of the property shall be temporary
and subject to the conditions that the Authority requires.

Article - Health Occupations

4-317.

(c)  At least 10 days before the hearing, the hearing
notice and a copy of the complaint required by § 4-315 of
this subtitle shall be served on the individual by delivery
to the last known business and home addresses of the
individual by:

[(i)] (1) Hand delivery; or

[(ii)] (2) Registered mail, return receipt
requested.
