Ch. 91

(ii) The license is required for the
purpose of attending an alcoholic prevention or treatment
program; or                                       

(iii) It finds that the licensee has no
ALTERNATIVE means of transportation available [to him] and
without [his] THE license, [his] THE LICENSEE'S ability to
earn a living would be severely impaired.

[(f)] (G) If the Administration imposes a suspension
after a hearing, the individual whose license or privilege
to drive has been suspended may appeal the final order of
suspension as provided in Title 12, Subtitle 2 of this
article.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

Every person causing the death of another as the result
of the driving, operation or control of an automobile, motor
vehicle, motorboat, locomotive, engine, car, streetcar,
train or other vehicle in a grossly negligent manner, shall
