(4) The provisions of this subsection do not
apply to bona fide employees in the course of their
employment whose employment is not prohibited by this
article.
(5) Any person violating the provisions of this
subsection is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction,
may be fined an amount not exceeding $50 for each violation.
181A.
(A) It is unlawful for any person under 21 years of
age in Prince George's County to have in his possession or
to consume any alcoholic beverages, except beer and light
wine, in any public place or on any public highway, and it
is unlawful for any person [under 18 years of age] NOT
DESIGNATED IN § 2(T)(2) OF THIS ARTICLE to have in his
possession or to consume any beer or light wine in any
public place or on any public highway. The provisions of
this section do not apply to bona fide employees in the
course of their employment and whose employment is not
prohibited by this article.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of this
section is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
[thereof,] shall be [subject to a fine of] FINED not [less
than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor] more than [one
hundred dollars ($100.00)] $100 for each violation.
182.
(a) (1) It is unlawful for any minor in St. Mary's
County to attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages, or to
drink, or have in his possession, any alcoholic beverages,
in any public place or on any public highway. [The word
"minor" shall apply to every person under 21 years of age,
except bona] BONA fide employees in their__course of
employment and whose employment is not prohibited by this
article, and all persons [18 years of age or older shall be
allowed] DESIGNATED UNDER § 2(T)(2) OF THIS ARTICLE HAVE all
the rights of a consumer in regard to beer or light wines.
(2) Any person violating the provisions of this
subsection [shall be] IS guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction, shall be [subject to a fine]__FINED not
[exceeding] MORE THAN $50 for each and every [such]
violation.
(b) (1) It is unlawful for any person to request or
induce a person under 21 years of age to purchase, or to
attempt to purchase, any alcoholic beverages, except beer
and light wine. It is unlawful for any person to request or
induce a person [under 18 years of age] NOT DESIGNATED UNDER
§ 2(T)(2) OF THIS ARTICLE to purchase or attempt to
purchase beer or light wine.
