(2) [Except a bona fide employee in the course
of his employment, a person under 21 years may only possess
or have upon his person beer or light wine of 14 percent of
alcohol by volume.] THE PROVISIONS OF PARAGRAPH (1) OF THIS
SUBSECTION DO NOT APPLY TO A BONA FIDE EMPLOYEE IN THE
COURSE OF HIS EMPLOYMENT.

(3) Any person violating this subsection upon
conviction is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not
more than $50.

(f) (1) In Somerset, Caroline, Dorchester, Cecil,
Frederick, Washington, Garrett, and Queen Anne's counties,
it [shall be] IS unlawful for any person under the age of
[twenty-one] 21 years to possess or have [upon] ON his
person any alcoholic beverages other than beer and light
wine, [and] for any person [under eighteen years] NOT
DESIGNATED IN § 2(T)(2) OF THIS ARTICLE to possess or have
[upon] ON his person any alcoholic beverage, except a bona
fide employee in the course of his employment. [Any minor
having such alcoholic beverages in his possession as
aforesaid shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than fifty dollars
($50.00).] In Somerset County, a person [under 21 years]
DESIGNATED IN § 2(T)(2) OF THIS ARTICLE may only possess or
have [upon] ON his person beer or light wine of 14 percent
alcohol by volume.

(2) ANY PERSON CONVICTED OF VIOLATING THE
PROVISIONS OF PARAGRAPH (1) OF THIS SUBSECTION IS GUILTY OF
A MISDEMEANOR AND SHALL BE FINED NOT MORE THAN $50.

(g) (1) [No] A licensee, proprietor, or operator of
any establishment dispensing alcoholic beverages [shall] MAY
NOT permit the consumption or possession of any alcoholic
beverages other than beer or light wine by a person under
the age of [twenty-one] 21 years or the consumption or
possession of beer or light wine by any person [under
eighteen years] NOT DESIGNATED IN § 2(T)(2) OF THIS ARTICLE
upon [said] THE premises [no matter by whom such alcoholic
beverages shall have been purchased or from whom obtained].

(2) Anyone violating this subsection [shall be
deemed] IS guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall
be fined not more than [fifty dollars ($50.00)] $50 in
addition to any other penalties as provided under this
article.

(h) (1) In Montgomery and Prince George's counties it
[shall be] IS unlawful for any person to sell or to give to
[minors] PERSONS UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE any alcoholic
beverages other than beer or light wine or to keep
ingredients, materials, or instrumentalities with intent to
manufacture alcoholic beverages other than beer or light
wine for sale or BY gift to [minors] PERSONS UNDER 21 YEARS
