(b) (2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1) of this
[section] SUBSECTION, for fiscal years 1980-1981 and
1981-1982 only, the State Superintendent shall allow a
handicapped child to remain in a day-care center on
application for good cause by the county superintendent.
The application for good cause may include the lack of:

(i) Available budget funds; or

(ii) Appropriate alternate school
placement.

Article - Estates and Trusts

2-108.

(m) Each of the judges of the court for Garrett County
shall receive annual compensation in the amount of $600.
[each] EACH judge shall be reimbursed for traveling to and
from the sessions of the court pursuant to the Standard
State Travel Regulations. Each judge shall also receive $10
for every day's attendance upon the sessions of the court.

14-103.

(g) (2) A trustee filing a schedule of rates under
this subsection shall file the schedule as follows:

(i) A Savings and loan association shall
file with the State Director of the Division of Savings and
Loan Associations; and[;]

(ii) All other trustees, including
attorneys and State chartered and national banks shall file
with the State Bank Commissioner.

Article - Financial Institutions

3-203.

(d) (1) Within 6 months after the articles are filed
for examination, the Bank Commissioner, after receiving the
advice of the Banking Board, shall sign, date, and endorse
each copy of the articles as "approved" or ["refused."]
"REFUSED".

12-301.

(d) "Lien on real property" includes:

(1) A confessed judgment note or consent
judgment required by a person who ordinarily requires such
an instrument for the purpose of acquiring a lien on
property described in [subsection (f)] SUBSECTION (G) of
this section; and
