SERVICES UNDER THIS SUBTITLE SHALL BE PROVIDED BY
PUBLIC AGENCIES OR, UNDER CONTRACT, BY NONPROFIT
ORGANIZATIONS.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly appeared as the
second, third, and fourth sentences of Article
43, § 1K(c).

In subsections (a)(1) and (b) of this section,
references to "public agencies" are substituted
for "public ... organizations" and "governmental
agencies", respectively.

In subsection (a)(1) of this section, the former
reference to help in the "establishment" of the
center is deleted as inconsistent with § 19-803,
which imposes this duty on the Secretary, and as
unnecessary since the center has been
established.

In subsection (b) of this section, reference to
services "under this subtitle" is added for
clarity.

The only other changes are in style.
